Sheesh – thanks Steve, it’s good to know I’m not the only one who thinks this is LAME.

I made my form out last week, it’s still sitting on my desk. The hitch for me is, my husband set up the PG&E account, and even though he put the account in both our names, PG&E drops my name from the account every few months, and it takes a good 20 minute phone call to get it put back on. Here’s what sucks about that – not only will PG&E not take my calls regarding service or billing because my name’s not on the bill, the city of Chico won’t give me the rebate unless I drag my husband down there too.

To me, this says, “we’ll keep your money if we want, nya nya nya!

I’ve been e-mailing Brian Nakamura about the electronic application, but he didn’t respond AT ALL until I sent him one of my classic nagging “Hey, is anybody IN there?!” notes. Then he gets back with that “I’ve had my $217,000 ass out of the office for a few days, sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner!” Then it’s “I haven’t been able to talk to Debbie Presson about this…” The usual bullshit runaround from the Head Bullshitter.

I hope you’re reading this Brian, you chickenshit. Who else would be CONSTANTLY searching the name, Brian Nakamura? That’s the gateway to this blog lately.

And now we know – Hennessy wasn’t the sole root of the problem, she was just a testy incompetent bitch who needed a better boss. Things are only going to get worse, or as Mark Sorensen puts it, “ugly”.

Also, since I posted this post, I have got a new contact, a gal named Jenny Jordana – jjurdana@chicoer.com

About a week ago, I got a note from a guy who contacted Ms. Jordana, and she replied right away, saying she’d take him off the mailing list. We’ll see. Let me know if that works for you.

They took me off right away, because at the time, I had a blog in the ER. I was putting a candle to their behinds, so they took me off that list and I haven’t seen another MVP since. But, I continue to get others that aren’t related to the ER, and it’s the same battle – find the contact information, write the letter, yadda yadda yadda. I have about 50% success. I just started getting junk from Chase Bank again, having been off their list for five years, now I have to go through it all over again. Or, get used to shredding them into my composter! I’m afraid all that processed wood pulp is going to give my grubs some kind of diabetes.
